• Order & payment status: quotes, invoices, and payment confirmations. We do not store card or bank credentials.
• Usage data: basic device and browser information, IP address, and pages visited, used to improve the site and prevent abuse.

• To confirm bookings and assign the right mistri to your job.
• To send service updates, OTPs, quotes, invoices and reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call.

3. WhatsApp & OTP communication

We use WhatsApp Business and SMS to send one-time passwords (OTPs), booking confirmations, and job updates. By sharing your mobile number you consent to receive these messages. Standard carrier charges may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting us.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only where necessary, including with:

• The mistri assigned to your job, limited to the details needed to complete the service (name, address, contact, scope).
• Service providers we rely on (hosting, database, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateway, analytics), under appropriate confidentiality terms.
• Government or law enforcement authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.

5. Photos & gallery

We may, with your permission, use before/after photos of completed jobs in our gallery and marketing material. Personally identifying details (faces, name plates, door numbers) will be blurred or excluded on request.

6. Data retention

We retain order and contact records for as long as needed to provide services, honour warranties, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. You can request deletion of your data subject to these obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and hashed credentials. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
